Went today for several specific reasons waited an 1 hour to get to window. We encountered Ms Polite a pleasant knowable person who with a friendly aura about her, she said we should see an examiner
Went there to obtain a replacement social security card. Greeted by security card. Informed me what yo do .. filled out form. Was there about 45 minutes tops. Lady at window was courteous and helpful.
Walked in at 1215 and I was back in my car at 1250. Like an idiot, I didn't know they have a free parking garage, so I parked like 3 block away. Waited in the room for about 15 mins before getting called in by a really nice lady. I went in to do a name change (marriage). I have no complains whatsoever
Btw... yes there was a wait but come on people , I wouldn't want to be rushed out so I have to go back because of a mistake . They did a great job.
Always nice and they do there best to serve you quick and efficiently.
Both individuals were very professional and polite a credit to the social security administration
